Social responsability towards the land

We protect the land and its biodiversity

The choice we made more than thirty years ago to cultivate and breed according to organic principles came from our desire to safeguard environmental biodiversity and keep our land fertile.

Organic methods respect plants: due to the total absence of anti-parasitics, herbicides and pesticides, the plants develop their own immune defences, with organic fertilisers as the only added support.

Therefore, organic principles respect the land and – by following the rhythms of the seasons and growing in areas that are naturally suited – its biodiversity and richness too.
