The guarantee of delicious, organic, extra-virgin olive oil

Finoliva, established in 1999, checks and processes the product supplied by the members of the Consorzio Nazionale Olivicoltori.

The olives are sourced from the best growing regions in Italy, including Tuscany, Apulia, Calabria and Sicily. The average production of the Consorzio Nazionale Olivicoltori members represents approximately 20% of Italian national production. All processing phases, from harvest to bottling, are carried out within a continuous twenty-four-hour period.

Analysis is conducted during processing to evaluate chemical-physical parameters, while organoleptic compliance is assessed by carrying out a panel test. The entire supply chain is controlled at each step of production in order to guarantee the origin and quality of the product.
