Super-fast coffee-flavoured doughnut


  • 300g Alce Nero flour type "00" (Soft flour)
  • 50g potato starch
  • 210g Alce Nero light brown cane sugar
  • 230g Alce Nero oat milk
  • 150g cold Alce Nero coffee
  • 100ml Alce Nero extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 packet of vanilla-flavoured baking powder


Use a mixer to blend the flour, starch, cane sugar and baking powder. Pour the oat milk, coffee and oil in while the blades are still moving. Grease with oil and flour a doughnut mould that is 24cm in diameter. Pour in the mixture and cook for around 25-30 minutes at 170°. Let cool.
