Pane Guttiau flatbread with Primo Sale cheese and pea hummus

Ingredients

  • 300g Primo Sale cheese
  • 1 jar Alce Nero pre-cooked peas
  • 2 basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • 80g Alce Nero organic red pesto with tomatoes
  • 4 small sheets of Pane Guttiau
  • 50g fresh spinach
  • Alce Nero extra-virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Cut the Primo Sale cheese into thin slices and season with salt, pepper and a drizzle of oil. Drain the peas from the canning liquid and blend them together with the Tahini, basil, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of oil. Season with salt. Take 4 plates and place an oven-warmed sheet of Pane Guttiau on each one. Garnish with the pea hummus, slices of Primo Sale cheese, drops of red pesto and fresh spinach.

Finish it all off with a drizzle of oil and serve.
