Dark chocolate drink with ginger and honey
- 320ml Alce Nero oat milk
- 200g Alce Nero dark chocolate with ginger
- 50g Alce Nero wildflower honey
- 1 tbsp Alce Nero bitter cocoa powder
Chop the dark chocolate and put it in a bowl. Bring the oat milk to the boil and pour it over the chocolate. Add the honey and stir until it dissolves. When ready, pour the drink into 4 large glasses.
Sprinkle the bitter cocoa powder on top and serve straight away with roasted almonds.
