An intense taste and the flavour of coffee within a balanced and highly-refined chocolate bar. After the beans have been roasted they are processed using the expertise of the historic Swiss chocolatier, Chocolat Stella, an Alce Nero partner.
Our farmers are part of Cooperativas Sin Fronteras, an international organization that promotes quality, wholesomeness and sustainability, and which today involves over 14,000 farming families in Latin America.
Alce Nero is one of Coop. Sin Fronteras’ members, alongside the NorandinoCooperative in Peru, which produces our cocoa and the “panela” whole cane sugar from the Tailin Slow FoodPresidium, both of which are organic and certified Fairtrade.

cocoa paste*, whole cane sugar* (25%), cocoa butter*, coffee powder* (4%), vanilla pods*. *Organic. COCOA: min. 70% (chocolate). Does not contain soya lecithin.
May contain milk, hazelnuts and almonds.
